Kevin is an experienced cricket coach with a diverse background in both grassroots and county-level performance pathways.

He has coached across all age groups, from U11s to senior professional female players, and now mentors county coaches on their development journey.

 

For the past 12 years, Kevin has served as an ECB Coach Developer, organizing and overseeing courses that train over 600 new coaches annually. He also manages a team of 30 Coach Developers, ensuring the highest standards in coaching education.

 

Kevin is now eager to bring his extensive experience to the USA, partnering with LPC to elevate cricket coaching and development programs on an international
scale.
