
American Youth Team NY Tri State Produce SHOCK Tournament win in Barbados
The Sir Garfield Sobers U19 Tournament is a prestigious annual tournament that attracts school teams under nineteen from all across the globe. Named after Barbadian cricketer and national hero Sir Garry Sobers, the tournament has had the likes of retired West Indies captain, Brian Lara, Darren Ganga, Roland Holder and several other English and South African test match players play in it.
The tournament gives an opportunity of schoolboys the rare chance to play in an international tournament against other country’s top talents, with the prospect of playing at the Kensington Oval in the final.
