1. Online Courses, Live Courses, and Virtual Meet & Greets
Due to the nature of digital content and live experiences, we do not offer refunds on online courses, live courses, or virtual meet and greet sessions once purchased.

2. LPC Fanzone Membership
All memberships to the LPC Fanzone are non-refundable. Memberships provide access to exclusive content and experiences, and cancellations or refunds are not available once payment has been processed.

3. Physical Products
We offer refunds on physical products purchased through LPC, subject to the return and refund policies of our third-party suppliers, as these items are dropshipped directly from them.

  • If you wish to request a refund for a physical product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • We will assist in coordinating with the supplier, but the final decision will be based on their policy.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refund Process
